On Thursday June 6, 2013, the Johnson City Fire Department was  dispatched to a mobile home fire at 2415 Old Lewis Road. The call came in at 09:31 a.m. The first unit arrived on scene minutes later to find a Mobile Home with smoke and flames visible. The fire had spread to approximately fifty percent of the structure. Fire crews were able to bring the fire under control in approximately twenty minutes. The mobile home sustained heavy damage throughout  the structure. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The fire department response included 3 engines and  2 ladders .
